PM23828: RP - RRC synch process has low performance

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When working on a ReqPro project that is configured to be
  synchronized to/from RRC it creates TLog activity when is not
  needed.  This is when the user sets traceability-only
  relationships from ReqPro and that information is not necessary
  to be transfer to RRC.  Causes some extra work on the ReqPro
  database and in some cases  deadlocks.

  Working with a Rational RequisitePro project that is
  synchronized with Rational Requirements Composer (RRC),
  might experiment low performance and cause deadlocks in
  database in some circumstances.  This occurs when there are
  a lot of transactions that are involved concurrently; most
  of them are traceability-only transactions from
  RequisitePro.
  

Problem conclusion

• Since traceability-only transactions are not needed to be
  synchronized to Rational Requirements Composer, a new logic
  was added to exclude them to not be synchronized from
  RequisitePro to RRC.
