PM23510: ERROR CONTEXT: DBCC SHRINKFILE WHEN USING SQL NATIVE CLIENT IN ANALYST PUBLISH

Error description

• When setting up ODBC and creating a system DSN pointing to the
  sql native client and then go into analyst and try to publish a
  table only layout or view layout and you select the name you
  created for your connection, client gets the below message when
  running publish:??Could not publish data for cube cube_name;
  Cannot perform a shrinkfile operation inside a user transaction.
   Terminate the transaction and reissue the statement,;Error
  context: DBCC SHRINKFILE (publish_container_log,
  TRUNCATEONLY)??This happens when publishing to an existing
  database. If the database does not exist, COGCQ00199791 comes
  into play.
