  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  - IPR Reload Utility gets ABEND0C4 when the unload data set is
    an empty data set. When the unload data set is an empty data
    set, control block required for a report output is not built.
  - HP Load does not show "RUN TIME OPTIONS" in "FRRIN CONTROL
    STATEMENTS" report when the unload data set is an empty data
    set.
  - IPR Reload Utility gets ABENDU3770 when the 'ILDSBLD=YES,DSPR'
    is specified and the ILDS is defined with 'REUSE' option.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSRHDLD, HPSRRLDM and HPSRHSLD have been modified to
  build the control block correctly.
  The module HPSRRLDM has been modified to set the 'RESET' option
  for DFSORT internally.
