Error description

• ABENDS0C4 at CIN0R000 + x'1c6' at IMS V9 termination.
  QCF3.1 has a resource manager that has to disconnect from SCI,
  release the pools and storage acquired at the end.
  It looks like, in this case, the resource manager is entered
  several times, and after the first time all resources are
  released which causes the S0C4.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:  QCF3.1 registered with SCI in CTX TCB, *
  *                      At the end- when  CTX TCB ends-         *
  *                      deregister is done and the exits are    *
  *                      deleted. Resource manager for CTL       *
  *                      TCB did deregister - in some cases      *
  *                      the exit programs are deleted and 0C4   *
  *                      in SCI is the result of branch  to      *
  *                      deleted module.                         *
  *                      This APAR loads the event and messages  *
  *                      exits under both TCBs -CTL and CTX- to  *
  *                      avoid 0C4 on SCI deregister when the    *
  *                      TCBs are terminated and the deregister  *
  *                      is issued by resource manager.          *

  The programs are changed to load the exits under both TCBs.
