Error description

• ClearCase CM server 7.1.1.2 will not restart the IHS server when
  the system has rebooted on SuSE zLinux

  Problem Statement:
  
     After installing CM Server on zLinux, if you reboot the
  system, eWAS will start but IHS fails to start.  On checking the
  logs within /opt/rational/common/IHS/logs directory, there are
  no records for the cause of the failure:  Thus there is no
  record of why IHS did not start on a reboot.
  
  Workaround:  Manually restart the CM Server when the system is
  rebooted.
