Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS various DROP / CREATE
  scenarios generate UNLOAD / LOAD jobsteps which can fail when
  UNLOAD SYSPUNCH dataset defaults to RECFM=U.
  .
  Admin ISPF skeletons:
    ADB2USU and ADB2USH2
  generate CNTL or CNT datasets for UNLOAD to generate the LOAD
  control statements. Problem occurs because the skeletons allow
  DCB parms to default. When local system defaults cause RECFM=U,
  LOAD fails with abend04e rc00e40070 with error messages similar
  to the following:

• add DCB parms to skeletons, or JCL before submitting job for
  execution.

  SYSPUNCH.
