PROBLEM SUMMARY:
With CPU utilization coming close to 100% BPA CRD job I/O may
suffer from the lack of dispatching priority which causes trace
data loss.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Code changed to fix this problem. Added capability to adjust
write task I/O dispatching priority when BPA CRD job started
APF authorized.
