Error description

• When using DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS and a change
  is detected in a LOB tablespace (containing a LOB table), and
  DROP/RECREATE is needed, tool attempts to drop LOB tablespace
  by itself.  This can result in SQLCODE = -616
  Only the Explicit LOB tablespace wil be supported at this time.
  The implicit support will be fixed in PM27050 for Admin/OC 10
  only.

  The DB2 Object Comparison Tool attempts to drop and
  recreate a LOB table space without dropping and recreating
  the base table. The base table must be dropped first.
  DB2 returns an error code of SQLCODEN661 if a LOB
  table space is dropped before the base table.
