Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS ALC functions CNVRT50
  step fails with a dataset not found message as the TEMPLATE
  used for the ALTDDL dataset does not resolve to the same
  dataset name specified in the earlier steps as the name contains
  DATE and TIME variables e.g.:
  e.g  ALDDL.D&DT..W1&TI.
  

Local fix

• Do not use DATE and TIME in TEMPLATE name

• The programs were modified to keep the same data
