Error description

• Online Expert Reorganization failed with MSGFPX0303E because it
  processed the compressed fixed segment incorrectly.  Error
  message text is:
   FPX0303E A serious error was detected in the CI at RBA:00002000
            during the Area Sensor process.
  
  This is a forward-fit of HPFPU V3.2 APAR PM22508.

  Forward Fit APAR of HPFPU V3R2 FPO PM22508.
  For the fixed length segments, OER and Online Pointer Checker
  obtained segment length from the DBD definition for the segment
  de-block process. But the length of the DBD definition is not
  actual length for the compressed fixed length segment, because
  the length is the one before compress. Therefore the segment
  de-block process could not run correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• FPXADBR0 and FPXXSFA0 have been modified to obtain the actual
  segment length for all segments.
