  statement after an attempted ALTER BUFFERPOOL statement
  fails with a SQLCODE -626.

Problem conclusion

• The problem is resolved in that fields will be reinitialized
  upon completion of the implicit -START following
  an SQLCODE -626/SQLCODEN626.
