PM22421: HDPC DETECTS INCORRECT POINTER ERROR IN IMS PARALLEL REORGANIZATION

Error description

• HD Pointer Checker detects incorrect pointer errors, when
  secondary index is empty.
  This problem occurs when HDPC HASH checking runs in the IMS
  Parallel Reorganization job with ICTYPE=A.

  When the following conditions are satisfied, HDPC erroneously
  issues MSGFABP2124E under IMS Parallel Reorganization or IMS
  Database Reorganization Expert:
  - ICTYPE=A and INDEXBLD=YES are specified in the HPSIN data set.
  - Secondary index database data set is empty .
  - IBM IMS Index Builder for z/OS Version 2 Release 3 is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• The FABPHEXM module is modified not to issue MSGFABP2124E when
  secondary index database is processed with ICTYPE=A.
