Error description

• When DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS detects a difference
  in the constraint length, tool drops/recreates table instead
  of DROP CONSTRAINT, ALTER TABLE, ADD CONSTRAINT, run UTILITIES
  CHECK and REORG.

Problem conclusion

• DB2 Object Compare is fixed to use DROP CONSTRAINT, ALTER
  TABLE, ADD CONSTRAINT, and follow up with the CHECK DATA and
  REORG utilities.
