  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PK88970 is a DB2 APAR that              *
  *                      enhances the DB2 LOAD Utility           *
  *                      with the new option NUMRECS.            *
  *                      The NUMRECS keyword (default)           *
  *                      and SORTKEYS keyword are                *
  *                      mutually exclusive and will cause       *
  *                      the LOAD utility to fail with a         *
  *                      syntax error.                           *

  *                      The LOAD utility fails with:            *
  *                      DSNU052I    nnn nn:nn:nn.nn             *
  *                      DSNUGDFL - KEYWORD'NUMRECS'             *

  The CNC file that the DB2 Administration Tool utility
  program ADB28MC builds may have both NUMRECS
  and SORTKEYS keywords which will cause the DB2
  LOAD utility to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• Batch utility program ADB28MC is modified to search
  for the NUMRECS keyword in the control file records
  when running in DB2 V9 or greater. If it is found, the
  SORTKEYS statement is not included in the CNC file
  that is created.
