  • Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2 DUMP:  TASK=VOL-DBP4,ID=V410
,MOD=KO2EVLAB,OFFSET=0007C6,CODE=S0C4/00000010
ABEND0C4-11 IOSVCMB+76 (Channel Measurement Block Services)
due to a bad UCB address passed from KO2EVLAB+762
(at PK86688 level).  During Volumes Analysis Collection, a
Volume Entry was built that contained the incorrect address
of the related UCB.  When passed by the IOSCMB GET Macro,
IOSVCMB program checked because of the bad UCB address.
Symptoms are sililar to APAR PK86688.  This occurs because
UCBs have been released from SQA during IOCDS change.
Also seen was high CPU in DB2 xxxxDBM1 ADDRESS SPACE.
