    ****************************************************************
RequisiteWeb was saving the documents in the default format
of the Microsoft Word version installed in the server,
regardless of the "Default Save Format" setting in Word.

Systems with mixed Office environments such as having Office
2007 or later in their server and Office 97-2003 in their
clients will find that RequisiteWeb will save all documents
in Word 2007 format even with the Word setting of save
documents in 97-2003 format, having problems to open the
    documents in their clients.

Problem conclusion

  • Document save routine in RequisiteWeb was modified to check
for the Default Save Format setting before saving the
    document.
