  *                      sometimes issue messages reporting      *

  *                      an unload against a view fals with      *
  *                      SQLCODE=-199.                           *
  *                      PB 10837                                *
  *                      5. In a DB2 V10 ENFMx (i.e. ENFM8 or    *
  *                      ENFM8* or ENFM9 or ENFM9*) subsystem,   *
  *                      conversion errors can occur when        *
  *                      attempting to unload a DB2 catalog      *
  *                      table. The unload may either fail with  *
  *                      RC 8 after issuing conversion error     *
  *                      messages such as "* 226 * CONVERSION    *
  *                      ROUTINE ERROR                * ddname   *
  *                      * column_name" or end normally with     *
  *                      RC less than 8 but and produce          *
  *                      incorrect output data.                  *

  1. inzctrlh module was fixed so that the deprecated syntax is
  rejected.
  2. messages INZI010C and INZI010D from INZI01 were enhanced to
  provide the ISPF message number whenever a failure occurs.
  3. odb2ctrl and odb2cmd modules were fixed to determine
  correctly the current DB2 subsystem version and mode.
  4. inzcat and inzctrlz  modules were fixed to correctly handle
  the case when the DB2 subsystem is in DB2 10 ENFM8, ENFM8*,
  ENFM9, ENFM9*.
  5. inzcat module was fixed to correctly handle the case when
  the DB2 subsystem is in DB2 10 ENFM8, ENFM8*, ENFM9, ENFM9*.
  6. inzcat module was fixed to correctly handle the case when
  the DB2 subsystem is in DB2 10 ENFM8, ENFM8*, ENFM9, ENFM9*.
  7. odb2 module was fixed to correctly handle the case when the
  DB2 subsystem is in DB2 10 CM8.
