Error description

• Adjustment needed to correct certain ITKB ISPF panels in the
  IMS Tools Base Pack to match that of ITKB.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Policy services calls the Recon    *
  *                      admin function an error occurs because  *
  *                      the panels were missing the applid.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The missing applid was causing an error when the recon admin
  function of the ITKB dialog.
  

Problem conclusion

• The panels were recompiled with applid specified as a compiler
  option.
