Error description

• While loading a very large directory to select individual
  elements, when modifying load rules, retrieving properties from
  server is much slower than RWP
  
  
  ClearCase 7.1.1.2 and 7.1.1.3 CM Server
  
  
  All UNIX
  
  
  To Reproduce:
  
  1)  Make a VOB and View in base ClearCase
  
  2)  Make a directory element and then cd into the directory
  
  3)  Make greater than 10,000 elements in the directory
  
  4)  Make sure to verify all versions and parent directory are
  checked in
  
  5)  From the CCRC client using CM, login to the server
  
  6)  Make a new view
  
  7)  When modifying the load rules, select the VOB created above
  and then click on the directory with the large number of
  elements to then attempt and selectively load single elements
  
  The CCRC client hangs and the CM Server slows and becomes
  unresponsive at times.  The same can be seen with an existing
  view while modifying the load rules and following step 7) above.
  
  
  Workaround:  None
