    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
    Message FPEV3013E does not display the date and time by when the
    reported timeout occurred. A timestamp is not available at all
    because the message is only issued to the server log (SYSPRINT).
    
    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
    Added timestamp to message FPEV3013E indicating the date and
    time by when the timeout occurred. The message is issued to the
    PE Server log (SYSPRINT) and to the console.
    The modify command option EPTT and messages FPEV2100W and
    FPEV2101I were added for diagnostic purposes.
