Error description

• When attempting to baseline a workspace, the following
  information dialog pops-up.
  
  ?You do not have exclusive access to the XXXX database. A
  workspace can only be changed to a baseline when it?s owning
  encyclopedia in not in use?
  
  The use of 'it's' is incorrect.  The correct form of the
  possessive object pronoun is 'its'.  The possessive form does
  not require an apostrophe, just as the following possessive
  pronouns are formed without apostrophes: his, hers, ours and
  theirs.
