  pending which prohibits the load utility from executing.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an ALTER COLUMN on a               *
  *                      table is performed, an index may        *
  *                      be placed into REBUILD PENDING          *
  *                      status. A subsequent CHECK DATA         *
  *                      utility operation may fail due to the   *
  *                      restricted state of the index.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  The SQLCODE610 indicates that the object has been
  placed into a restricted state. It is not always possible
  when the job is constructed to know when this will occur
  or if the object will still be in a restricted state when a
  subsequent process (such as the aforementioned
  CHECK DATA utility) is performed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program ADBTEP2 has been enhanced to detect
  SQLCODE610 occurrences and run a REBUILD or
  REORG utility prior to the next non-SQL statement or at
  the end of input if the object is still in a restricted state.
