  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR includes following APAR of    *

  *                       HP Image Copy does not stop the        *
  *                       processing of creating the shadow data *
  *                       set when all of the following          *
  *                       conditions are satisfied:              *
  *                       - FASTIC=(,FDUMP) and SHDW_ERROR=STOP  *
  *                         are specified.                       *
  *                       - TOIAUTO=Y or TOIAUTO=O is specified. *
  *                       - The error occurs in processing for   *
  *                         suspending the database using TOSI.  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR includes following APAR of IMS HP Image Copy V4R1:
  
  PM19487
   HP Image Copy does not stop the processing of creating the
   shadow data set when all of the following conditions are
   satisfied:
   - FASTIC=(,FDUMP) and SHDW_ERROR=STOP are specified.
   - TOIAUTO=Y or TOIAUTO=O is specified.
   - The error occurs in processing for suspending the database
     using TOSI.
  
  The cause of this problem is that HP Image Copy does not check
  the error before HP Image Copy starts creation of the shadow
  data set by DFSMSdss COPY command.

    SHDW_ERROR=STOP are specified.

  - To issue the message FABJ4213E to WTO and ICEPRINT DD by
    calling module FABJMSGC.
  
  FABJFDMP has been modified as follows:
  - To remove the definition of message FABJ4213E.
  - To add the parameter list of FABJMSGC.
  - To issue the message FABJ4213E to WTO and ICEPRINT DD by
    calling module FABJMSGC.
  
  FABJMSGC has been modified to add the message FABJ4213E.
