• When using DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS, objects
  created prior to DB2 9 will have OWNER = ''.  Comparison
  will find the difference and will show message

  Two issues have been reported:
  
  1. DB2 Object Comparison Tool compares a blank owner from
  objects created prior to DB2 9, causing the drop and recreate
  of the object.
  
  2. In the DB2 Object Comparison Report the target owner is
  used instead of the source owner when the difference is being
  reported.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. DB2 Object Comparison Tool has been updated to not compare a
  blank owner.
  
  2. The user specified masking for AUTHID which has the
  following hierarchy:
    AUTHID
      SQLID
      SCHEMA
        TBSCHEMA,IXSCHEMA
      OWNER
        DBOWNER,TSOWNER,TBOWNER,IXOWNER
  
  The DB2 Object Comparison Tool correctly applied the AUTHID
  mask to the source owner.  The mask had the same value as
  the owner from target.
