Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool line commands DDL and GEN on a VIEW can
  fail with error messages similar to the following:
  .
  DSN      ENDED DUE TO ERROR
  USER ABEND CODE 4038  REASON CODE 00000001
  IBM0421S  ONCODE=520  The SUBSCRIPTRANGE condition was raised.
     From entry point SIMPLE_TABLE_SPEC at statement 7755
  .
  Traceback data indicates exception occurs in routine: IBMBERRI
  following a CALL from entry point:
     SIMPLE_TABLE_SPEC statement 7755 loadmod: ADB2GEN
