Error description

• APAR PM20336 introduces a new heuristic to avoid personalized
  portlet entity lookup and reduces the amount of data cached in
  the portlet entity cache (cacheinstance.com.ibm.wps.pe
  .portletentity). Portlet Entities for which no personalization
  information exists are only stored once for all logged in users
  - reducing database traffic and the number of cache data stored.
