• HPSU3561W THE ACCESS TO OUTPUT REPOSITORY WAS CANCELED. REASON:
  ITKBLOAD NOT AUTHORIZED
  received even though IMS Tools Knowledge Base library is APF-
  authorized.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HPSU3561W is issued even if the         *
  *                      ITKBLOAD control statement is           *
  *                      specified correctly.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  1. When the IMS Tools KB (ITKB) load module library is in the
     APF list and it is placed on the SMS-managed volumes,
     HPSU3561W (REASON: ITKBLOAD NOT AUTHORIZED) is issued
     incorrectly and the IPR Unload utility ends with RC=04.
     This issue occurrs when STEPLIB is APF-authorized.
  2. When the name of ITKB load module library specified on the
     ITKBLOAD control statement in the HPSIN data set is shorter
     than the name which is defined in the installation default
     option table (HPSCOPTI), HPSU3561W (REASON: ITKBLOAD
     DYNALLOC FAILURE) is issued incorrectly and IPR Unload ends
     with RC=04.
  

Problem conclusion

• The modules HPSUAPF0 and HPSU015 have been modified to treat
  the ITKB load module library correctly.
