Error description

• Using CM analyze and run jobs complete with return codes <= 4.
  However the recover job runs abends with rc 8 on the DB2B1
  step. Error Message:

  sqlerror on ALTER      command, EXECUTE    function

  USAGE DOES NOT APPLY TO CREATED TEMPORARY TABLE owner.name.

  of altering it.
