    *                      HASH=YES or PTRCHK=NO option in a       *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
This APAR reduces CPU time usage when HDPC runs under the
    following conditions:
     - HDPC FABPMAIN program runs as a stand-alone job.
     and
     - Either PROC HASH=YES or OPTION PTRCHK=NO is specified in the
      PROCCTL data set.

Note that when BLOCKDUMP=, KEYSIN=YES, or NOCHKP= is
specified, CPU time is not reduced even in the above
      conditions.

This APAR also includes the following changes which improving
    pointer checking:

     - HDPC checks the count of logical child segment
occurrences in the stand alone HASH checking, when the
logical child segment has only symbolic logical pointer.

     - Before this APAR, the counts of LCL was incorrect
which displayed in HISAM Segment Level Statistics report,
when the logical parent segment has more than one LCL.
This error is corrected by this APAR.
