Error description
When using WTX 8.3.0.2 and the Oracle 10g client, the Database Interface Designer randomly crashes. This behavior is not observed when using the Oracle 11g client. Problem conclusion
The 8.3 release of the WTX Oracle 10g adapter is now compiled with the 8.x version of the Microsoft C-run time modules. Before this fix, the 7.x version of the Microsoft C-run time modules were used, which in turn caused compatibility problems between the adapter and other WTX runtime modules. Delivered in: 8.3.0.3
