Error description

• As IMS shutdown completes:
  DFS994I IMS SHUTDOWN COMPLETED ATS
  It follows with an ABENDS0C4 PIC11 out of QCF IQCCIN00 or in
  CIN0R000 + x'200'.
  This issue is related to a reuse of storage after it was
  released.

  address of cpool is 0. The programs are fixed to release the
  sorages after the cpool terminate is issued.
