Error description

• Program BNDAVB1 may cause a Cobol or PL/I executable program to
  abend with abend0C4, abend0C7, or SQLCODE -804.  This occurs
   with programs compiled with the SQL co-processor and is not
   dependent on the OPT() parameter.
