Error description

• DB2 Object Comparison Tool generates drop / create scenario when
  table columns are changed from VARCHAR to CHAR datatype.
  This datatype change can lead to invalid LOAD utility statements
  with incorrect POSITION parameters.

  The ending POSITION value was being incorrectly
  calculated for a column change from VARCHAR to
  CHAR when the column length did not change, and
  the ALTER Column Truncation action is Truncate in
  the IFF file--which is always set to Truncate by Object
  Compare.
