Error description

• THIS PROGRAM IS NOT RECOGNIZING WHEN THE REMOTE-STC
  RETURNS A CCF4074I INFORMING THE "/MOD COMMIT"
  HAS BEEN ENTERED.  AFTER RESENDING THE "/MOD COMMIT"
  COMMAND THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF TIMES, THIS PROGRAM
  WILL TERMINATE AND THE REMOTE-STC ISSUES A
  CCF4072E AND U4072 ABEND.

  This program is not recognizing the the  REMOTE-STC
  returns a CCF4074I informing the "/MOD COMMIT"
  has been entered.  After resending the "/MOD COMMIT"
  command the specified number of times, this program
  will terminate and the REMOTE-STC issues a
  CCF4072E and U4072 abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed CCFEXEC0 to recognize the CCF4074I message, and
  added code to support IMS regions using Dynamic Resource
  Definition (DRD) when using Command Routing Technique
  of APPC/IMS or APPC/MVS.
