  The DB name was not updated to the secondary index list for
  the primary indexes that were added to the list, for a non-HALDB
  database. The index was skipped.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXVSTA1 was modified to update the DB name for the primary
  index that was added to the secondary index list.
