• ORF BMP pause returns RC=0 even after the application returns
  with a nonzero return code.

  ORF BMP pause returns RC 0 even after the application
  did return with a nonzero return code.
  Explanation: The BMP pause issues a WTO to show the
  end of the application. That resets the RC to zero.
  

Problem conclusion

• The return code of the application is saved at the end of the
  application and then restored prior to returning.
  The BMP "NO JCL change" usermod must be reinstalled.
