PM18284: DB2 LOG ANALYSIS TOOL FAST APPLY SQL MAY ISSUE A -330 SQL ERROR CODE WHEN HANDLING SQL FOR A UNICODE TABLE WITH XML COLUMNS

Error description

• DB2 Log Analysis stores the XML fields of any generated SQL in
  files.  The XML is always stored in the local machines code
  page, regardless of the code page of the SQL's target table.
  When the target table is Unicode, Fast Apply SQL may incorrectly
  attempt to read the XML files as Unicode causing a -330 SQL
  error code.
