Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS ALL command issued on
  panel ADB2AUS "User Authorizations Summary" results in a
  SQLCODE -199 error if the user has the "Using a '=' operator"
  specified and is not specifying selection criteria.

• Use the "LIKE" operator or add additional selection criteria.
