  Reproducible Y/N: Y
  Description of problem:
  
  when created an EGL REST Service on an RPG program using the 'cr
  eate EGL
  service' wizard on the PCML file.
  
  This service works fine, but when certain characters are sent fr
  om the RPG program to the service the JSON string gets corrupted
   because the
  characters are not escaped. These characters are ' (double quote
  s) and
  } (right curly bracket)
