PM17642: NEW DB2 CLONING TOOL SET COMMAND SUBTASK-TERMINATION-WAIT

Error description

• In DB2 Cloning Tool.
  When an error is detected in a subtask, Cloning Tool waits for
  60 seconds for all subtasks to end before exiting.  In the
  target job, when a dataset is being updated with new OBIDs, a
  large dataset can take more than a minute to process. In this
  case, Cloning Tool may exit before the subtask ends resulting in
  an A03 ABEND.  This enhancement allows the user to specify a
  wait time in seconds from 0 to 9999.  Zero indicates that
  Cloning Tool is to wait forever for all the subtasks to come
  down.
