PM17504: UNABLE TO LOAD OBJECTS FROM TM1WEB (PROCESSES AND PROPERTIES) WHEN ACCESSING THROUGH HTML PORTLET

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• When having an html viewer in Cognos BI point to tm1web located
  on another server, getting an "access is denied" error when
  loading certain objects in tm1web. Cube views show alright,
  however when accessing any items within the administration in
  the navigation pane (except for change password), it throws the
  "access is denied error". Error does not occur when all
  components on same server.??
  

Local fix

• Have all BI and TM1 components on same server. So that html view
  er uses same server name as the BI.
