An error in a parameter member results in an incomplete initialization of the starting PE Server subtask. The PE Server subtask reports the internal errors number 282 and 58 and discontinues processing. During termination the PE Server subtask tries to detach a subtask which had not been attached during initialization and causes Abend 23E. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: When the PE Server detects an error in the parameter data set members, the error condition is issued to the server log and monitoring for the corresponding DB2 Subsystem is disabled. New messages FPEV0273I, FPEV0274E and FPEV0275E were created.
