Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS GEN and DDL functions
  create DDL with uppercase column names for VIEW syntax which
  was originally created with lowercase quoted column names e.g:
     ("code",  "label" , SOMECOL)
  becomes:
  (CODE, "LABEL", SOMECOL)

  The ADB2GEN program generated upper-case view column
  names when the view column names were originally
  defined in lower-case.
