PM17122: ABEND S0C4, S102 and others in DGOVMTEX section at termination of OMEGAMON Classic Interface

Error description

• Termination of VTAM session causes the following messages
  to be issued, followed by an Abend:
  KO2O1916E - IFI COLLECTOR FAILED
  IEA794I     SVC DUMP HAS CAPTURED
              DUMP TITLE=KO2O1916E IFI COLLECTOR FAILED
  ABEND0C4-11 DGOVMTEX+84 (at PK75775 level) on a BF5F4000 (ICM)
  instruction, with R4 bad.  The area pointed to by R4 was
  FREEMAINed earlier by DGOVISI+21A (at PK75757 level) after
  determining that the Base Common Services Data Module was no
  longer present.
  Possible system completion codes:
  - ABEND0C1, S0C4 in DGOVISI or in an unknown module
  - ABEND102

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Termination of Classic interface sessions causes the ABEND
  0C4-11 in DGOVISI.DGOVMTEX. The area pointed to by R4 is
  an ECB to be posted, however the storage for this ECB was
  already freed by means of a FREEMAIN macro at return from
  DGOVISI.DGOVISI to its caller in KO2CCAFB task.
  Other possible ABENDs which can be caused by this issue:
  0C1, 0C2, 102, 202.
  
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Ownership of the ECB used in DGOVISI.DGOVMTEX was changed
  from KO2CCAFB task to the PE Server subtask.
