Error description

• ABEND0C4 running program DB2PM (FPECMAIN).
  ABEND0C4-11 DGOAREDG+2FEA (at PK93399 level) on a BF6F2068 (ICM)
  instruction with R2 (7FFFF000) bad.
  DGOAREDG when called from DGORUACC expects REDUCE CIT (Control
  Interface Table) established, but in this  case the CIT is null.
  

Local fix

• Workaround:
  Add ACCOUNTING REPORT or ACCOUNTING TRACE into SYSIN to avoid
  ABENDS0C4
