  • The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS GEN function truncates
the EXTERNAL NAME value for a LANGUAGE JAVA PROCEDURE.
For example:
EXTERNAL NAME
'AAAAAAA.BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBTTTT:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXXX.QQQQQ.QQQQQ'
is truncated to:
'AAAAAAA.BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXXX.QQQQQ.QQQQQ'

or procedure, the name in the EXTERNAL NAME clause
