  Fix issue with Execute Immediate support
  ABENDS0C4 RC00000038 at DSNX8LLM DSNX8DAL +x'0AA4' in monitored
  DB2 subsystem can occur at DB2 V9 level PM10979 or higher when
  running Query Monitor. Other symptoms include: ABENDS478
  RC00000008 in module CQM$SQLT when viewing some data in the ISPF
  client. ABENDS0C9 RC00000009 in module CQM$QRPA when viewing
  some data in the ISPF client. When displaying information for
  some workloads in the ISPF client, the number of PREPARE and
  CONNECT statements may be doubled.
