PM16606: ADD PERCENT_MAXALLOC PERCENTAGE OF MAXIMUM ALLOCATED SPACE EXCEPTION CONDITION

Error description

• This enhancement adds two new Exception Conditions under the MVS
  CATALOG category:
  PERCENT_MAXALLOC - percentage of the maximum allocated space
  (total allocated space / max size) x 100; and
  PERCENT_MAXUSED - percentage of the maximum used space (total
  used space / max size) x 100
  These values can be a whole number in the range of 0 to 100.
  In addition, a new option at the top of the Update Exceptions
  Profile Display panel (HAA$EPRU) has been added. This option can
  be set to Y(es) to indicate that a WTO is to be issued if any
  objects are triggered by Exception Processing. This feature can
  be used to indicate whether any exception condition is met.

  The Objects included in generated JCL SYSOUT Report now includes
  two new columns: Max GB and Max Alloc %.
  Max GB is the maximum size of the object.
  Max Alloc % corresponds to PERCENT_MAXALLOC.
  All values on the report are now listed in KB. Prior to this
  enhancement, some values were in Tracks, some in KB, and others
  in 4KB blocks. All values are now in the same unit (KB).
