Error description

• DRF issues 'Get log failure" message when CA Spill records are
  encountered during recovery of HDAM/PHDAM database.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a database is shared across        *

  *                      accumulated, spill records may be       *
  *                      produced for incomplete updates for one *
  *                      or more IMS systems. DRF did not handle *
  *                      SPILL records from a Change Accum       *
  *                      dataset correctly.                      *
