  is missing the macro library concatenation and the statement

  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  1. Assembly of FABFSQEI ends with RC=08 (ASMA057E) because
     FABFSQEI is missing the macro library concatenation and the
     statement for using structured programming macros.
  2. ABENDU0474 in DFSPR000 during DL/I GSCD call issued by Reload
     task of the Smart Reorg Utility of IMS Database
     Reorganization Expert when CONDREORG=YES is specified and the
     Conditional Reorganization Support Service is deactivated due
     to an error.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The statement for using structured programming macros and the
     macro library concatenation are added to FABFSQEI.
  2. HP Load has been modified to not to issue DL/I GSCD call in
     Reload task.
